What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee compliance operations across assigned state(s) ensuring adherence to company policy and state regulations
- Manage the onboarding process for staff in accordance with licensing regulations and The Joint Commission Standards
- Ensure employee files and clinical documentation are up to date and compliant
- Coordinate site visits, inspections, and assist with post-survey corrective action plans
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain ongoing regulatory and accreditation requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or human services or equivalent career experience (legal experience preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a behavioral healthcare or healthcare setting
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 3 or more reports
- Experience with The Joint Commission Behavioral Healthcare standards
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading state regulatory inspection surveys
- Proven ability to present and persuade senior corporate personnel
- Familiarity with compliance training and incident documentation processes
