What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and collect service SLAs and KPIs as required by the customer
- Oversee KPI scorecard and CSAT processing, including validation and tracking of improvement areas
- Manage the PO lifecycle, including report site consumption and validate expenses
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Deliver compliance training to staff and promote a culture of compliance within the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of office experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret regulations and policies
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills for reporting and training
- Basic understanding of compliance concepts and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
