What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) frameworks within AML/KYC Operations
- Develop and maintain work-paper standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and templates for documentation of activity reviews
- Identify training needs and create materials to support Due Diligence processes and procedures
- Execute Due Diligence activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Assist in gathering data and drafting responses for regulatory inquiries or law enforcement requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, or accounting preferred; or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or similar ICA Diploma
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in AML compliance/AML/KYC Operations, focusing on transaction monitoring and payment screening
- Experience in a large financial institution with a European customer base is preferred
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and analyzing financial crime trends
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in payments is an advantage
- Familiarity with FCRM tooling for KYC/AML operations
- Previous involvement in Due Diligence-related audits (internal and external)
