      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Influence, coach, and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles
      - Remove impediments to the team’s progress; escalate obstacles requiring outside resolution
      - Collaborate with Agile Teams to provide guidance in analysis, design, development, testing, automation, and deployment
      - Monitor and report on team progress and performance through enterprise and industry metrics
      - Facilitate team cadences on business-critical efforts to encourage collaboration and communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Leader or similar role
      - Strong technical expertise in Agile practices and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
      - Experience across the software delivery lifecycle
      - Proficiency with ALM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or a related field preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Agile certification (Certified ScrumMaster – CSM, SAFe ScrumMaster Certification - SSM, Professional ScrumMaster Certification - PSM)
      - Familiarity with Jira, Planview, and Power BI
      - Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance
      - Proven experience across multiple teams
      - Active participation in the industry
