      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound consumer inquiries to drive sales and conversations
      - Develop new sales opportunities through outbound emails, calls, and follow-ups on website traffic
      - Follow up on web orders and warm sales leads to close sales opportunities
      - Understand consumer needs to identify and recommend suitable products
      - Accurately log consumer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience in a contact center environment with a proven track record of meeting revenue goals
      - Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consumer-first attitude
      - Experience working with contact center phone systems and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce, NetSuite preferred)
      - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in furniture/home decor sales for eCommerce business or retail
      - Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (NetSuite, HubSpot) and contact center phone systems
