      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems
      - Research and resolve issues related to fraud support and internet operations
      - Obtain thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, and applicable regulations
      - Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to resolve complex customer or technology issues
      - Navigate multiple computer systems and applications to assist customers effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Typically, at least 18 months of customer service or related experience
      - Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
      - Proven time management skills and ability to multitask
      - Good communication skills including clear and articulate speaking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers
      - Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages including Microsoft Office applications
