      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Recruitment Team and Field Leadership to assist candidates throughout the application process
      - Handle data entry and reporting tasks to support recruitment efforts
      - Conduct outreach to candidates via email or phone on a regular basis
      - Utilize employer systems and reports to access confidential candidate information
      - Adapt and adjust to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Demonstrated experience in clerical duties
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills
      - Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in using reports and Excel
      - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in talent acquisition or human resources
      - Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related field
