      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the full lifecycle of contracts, including creating, editing, and maintaining change request contracts
      - Ensure all client agreements comply with organizational policies and applicable legal standards
      - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to facilitate contract processes
      - Maintain the accuracy and integrity of contract documents within the contract management system
      - Track and reconcile contract renewals to ensure timely updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in a closely related field of study or equivalent education and experience
      - At least 2 years of experience with payer billing, collections, and reimbursement methodologies
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
      - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data related to contracts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a closely related field of study
      - 2 or more years of experience working directly with contracting and legal terminology
      - Knowledge of contract management software and tools
      - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
      - Familiarity with Docusign or other contract signature applications
