What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll reporting
- Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, production summaries, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering accuracy, accountability, and professional growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and interpret financial data
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written)
