What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote support for semi-complex production systems
- Assist in troubleshooting material specifications and schematics
- Recommend ideas for productivity improvement and cost reduction
- Offer troubleshooting expertise to customers
- Travel to customer locations as needed, including potential weekends and overtime
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field providing customer service support
- Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms
- Willingness to work nights and provide on-call coverage
- Strong verbal communication skills over the phone
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Dematic installations
- Siemens and Modicon PLC experience
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Strong customer service mentality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
