What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute perfect store principles to meet quarterly sales objectives
- Manage territory by recording activities and customer insights in Salesforce
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data for growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
- Previous experience in grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build diverse customer relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
