What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of the hospital to develop necessary skills for a future CEO role
- Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
- Manage a varied scope of responsibilities tailored to the candidate's education and experience
- Build community partnerships with providers and develop behavioral health programming
- Gain expertise in clinical departmental management, finance, and business development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment and behavioral health management practices
- Prior psychiatric leadership experience, preferably as a Program Director or Executive Director in a behavioral health setting
- Knowledge of state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health
- Must be willing and open to relocation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience in "for profit" behavioral health management
- Previous experience in operations and financial management within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with marketing methods relevant to behavioral health services
- Leadership experience in inpatient acute behavioral health settings
