      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in the general management of the hospital to develop skills for advancing to a CEO position
      - Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
      - Take on varied responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
      - Focus on managing clinical departments, regulatory functions, finance, business development, and community partnerships
      - Prepare for leadership roles within the employer's Behavioral Health Division

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
      - Working knowledge of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment and behavioral health management practices
      - Prior psychiatric leadership experience, preferably as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical Operations Manager
      - Familiarity with state and federal regulatory requirements related to behavioral health
      - Willingness to relocate as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong experience in for-profit healthcare settings
      - Previous experience in an inpatient psychiatric hospital or similar behavioral health treatment environment
