What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of the hospital to develop skills for a future CEO position
- Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
- Manage a varied scope of responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
- Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer at a UHS inpatient psychiatric facility
- Focus on key business areas such as clinical management, finance, and community partnerships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health management
- Prior psychiatric leadership experience, preferably as a Program Director or Executive Director
- Knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements related to behavioral health
- Willingness to relocate as necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience in "for-profit" healthcare settings
- Familiarity with operations and financial management in a behavioral health context
- Previous experience in managing clinical operations in an inpatient psychiatric hospital
