What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of a hospital, focusing on skills to advance into a CEO position
- Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
- Manage a varied initial scope of responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
- Develop expertise in clinical management, regulatory functions, finance, and business development
- Build community partnerships with providers and behavioral health programming
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment and behavioral health management practices
- Prior psychiatric leadership experience, preferably as a Program Director, Executive Director, or in a similar role
- Familiarity with state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health
- Must be willing and open to relocation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong for-profit experience in behavioral health management
- Experience in Recovery, RTC, and/or inpatient psychiatric hospitals
