      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in the general management of the hospital to develop necessary skills for a future CEO position
      - Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
      - Manage a varied scope of responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
      - Focus on key business areas including clinical management, finance, and community partnerships during the training period
      - Work closely with a Chief Executive Officer in a free-standing inpatient psychiatric facility

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
      - Knowledge of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment and behavioral health management practices
      - Prior leadership experience in psychiatric settings, preferably as a Program Director or Executive Director
      - Familiarity with state and federal regulations and accreditation requirements in behavioral health
      - Willingness to relocate as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong experience in "for profit" behavioral health environments
      - Experience as a Clinical and Operations Manager within recovery or inpatient psychiatric hospitals
