      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in the general management of the hospital to develop skills for a future CEO position
      - Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
      - Take on a varied scope of responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
      - Collaborate closely with a Chief Executive Officer in a free-standing inpatient psychiatric facility
      - Build community partnerships and understand key operational areas such as finance, marketing, and clinical management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
      - Working knowledge of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment and behavioral health management
      - Prior psychiatric leadership experience, preferably as a Program Director or Executive Director
      - Familiarity with state and federal regulations and accreditation requirements in behavioral health
      - Willingness to relocate as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong "for profit" experience in behavioral health settings
      - Experience in recovery, RTC, or inpatient psychiatric hospitals
