      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in the general management of the hospital to develop skills necessary for a CEO position
      - Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
      - Manage a varied scope of responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
      - Build community partnerships with providers and behavioral health programming
      - Gain expertise in clinical departmental management, finance, and business development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
      - Working knowledge of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment and behavioral health management practices
      - Prior psychiatric leadership experience, preferably as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager
      - Understanding of state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health
      - Must be willing and open to relocation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong experience in "for profit" healthcare settings
      - Familiarity with operations and financial management in behavioral health environments
      - Previous experience in inpatient acute behavioral health settings
