What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of the hospital to develop skills for advancing into a CEO position
- Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
- Assume varied responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
- Build community partnerships and manage clinical departmental functions
- Gain expertise in financial management, regulatory functions, and business development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment and behavioral health management practices
- Prior psychiatric leadership experience, preferably in roles such as Program Director or Executive Director
- Familiarity with state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health
- Must be willing and open to relocation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience in a "for profit" healthcare environment
- Previous experience in clinical and operations management within a Recovery or RTC setting
