What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of the hospital, acquiring skills to advance into a CEO position
- Manage key areas of the business including clinical departmental management, finance, and marketing
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance behavioral health programming
- Gain expertise in behavioral health management practices and regulatory requirements
- Undertake a varied initial scope of responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment and behavioral health management
- Prior psychiatric leadership experience in roles such as Program Director or Executive Director
- Familiarity with state and federal regulatory requirements related to behavioral health
- Must be willing and open to relocation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience in "for profit" behavioral health settings
- Experience in clinical operations management within a Recovery or inpatient psychiatric hospital
