What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of the hospital to develop skills for advancing to a CEO position
- Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
- Manage a varied initial scope of responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
- Build community partnerships with providers and behavioral health programming
- Gain expertise in clinical departmental management, regulatory functions, and finance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Working knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health management practices
- Prior psychiatric leadership experience, preferably as a Program Director or Executive Director
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health
- Must be willing and open to relocation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience in "for profit" healthcare settings
- Previous experience in recovery, RTC, or in-patient psychiatric hospitals
