What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of a hospital, aiming to develop skills for future CEO positions
- Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
- Manage a varied initial scope of responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
- Collaborate closely with a Chief Executive Officer during the training period
- Focus on key business areas such as clinical management, regulatory functions, finance, and marketing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager within a relevant behavioral health treatment environment
- Working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations
- Familiarity with state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health
- Willingness and openness to relocation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a for-profit behavioral health setting
- Strong leadership and departmental management skills in an acute psychiatric environment
- Previous experience in community partnership building within behavioral health programming
