      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage provider scheduling, payroll, compliance, onboarding, and administrative tasks
      - Review and support payroll submissions for anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and locums
      - Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for clinicians and students
      - Maintain organized records of payroll, compliance, and administrative tasks
      - Communicate proactively with providers, leadership, and hospital staff to ensure operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
      - Proficient in scheduling software (QGenda preferred) and payroll/timekeeping systems (e.g., Workday)
      - Knowledge of clinical operations, provider compliance, and RCM documentation
      - Strong problem-solving and communication skills
      - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in clinical operations or healthcare administration
      - Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) documentation processes
      - Previous experience in onboarding or human resources functions
      - Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and leadership levels
      - Experience with compliance tracking and documentation management
