What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage attendee air services, including securing airline, hotel, and car reservations for domestic and international itineraries
- Monitor flight arrivals and departures, ensuring adherence to meeting parameters
- Provide quality control processes for reports, cross-checking attendee details and hotel arrangements
- Communicate changes and concerns to the Meeting Owner and Meeting Coordinator regarding travel logistics
- Assist on-site for selected meetings and events, providing quality support to attendees
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Proven excellent oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with knowledge of Galileo GDS
- Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time, including potential international travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in air ticketing or travel coordination
- Familiarity with database management programs, such as Cvent
- Experience in the event management industry or related fields
