      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and coordinate provider schedules using QGenda
      - Maintain statistical information and workflow in accordance with staffing patterns
      - Handle orientation and training for agency/external staff to meet regulatory guidelines
      - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
      - Act as a liaison with external staffing agencies under the direction of management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to function independently and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
      - Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential
      - Basic computer skills required, including proficiency with spreadsheets and reports
      - Prior experience dealing with contracts, payroll, or human resources policies is helpful
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical setting or customer service preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a staffing/scheduler role
      - Familiarity with UKG software
      - Experience in secretarial roles or with various computer software programs
