What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts
- Manage customer engagements from prospecting and qualification to closing
- Execute solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns
- Promote and embody the employer’s cultural principles as the company scales
- Perform strategic outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts with $100k+ ARR transactions
- Experience in handling enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to meet customers on a monthly basis

- Experience working with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)
- Awards for top achievement (e.g., President’s club, Winner’s circle, Top 10%)
