      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full-cycle subcontract and job cost accounting for multiple construction projects
      - Prepare monthly financial reports, over/under billing schedules, and tax returns
      - Conduct routine reconciliations and maintain accurate job costing
      - Support audits, financial draws, and vendor documentation
      - Prepare materials for internal and external audiences, including detailed findings and recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of accounting and financial reporting experience
      - Working knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations
      - Strong experience with MS Excel and other MS Suite applications, including Outlook and Teams
      - Ability to troubleshoot and critically think through processes and issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday software is a plus
      - Proven track record of setting priorities and sound decision-making skills
