      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the corporate focal point for subsidiary companies worldwide and manage subsidiary governance documentation
      - Support insider-trading compliance processes and assist with the preparation of Board and Committee materials
      - Manage the relationship with the company’s stock transfer agent and respond to registered shareholder inquiries
      - Oversee the maintenance of good standing for U.S. subsidiaries through annual filings with Secretaries of State
      - Implement tools and technologies to improve efficiency within the legal team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance, subsidiary management, corporate secretarial, compliance, or stockholder-related functions
      - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
      - High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate governance and entity records
      - Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Legal and Finance
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with insider-trading compliance processes and stockholder relations
      - Familiarity with governance-related information for financial reporting
      - Knowledge of jurisdiction-specific requirements related to corporate governance
      - Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
      - Experience in managing corporate documentation inquiries
