What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work on real project initiatives supporting digital platforms, including mobile apps and onboarding
- Gain experience in the full product lifecycle, from customer research to launch planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Attend professional development and community service events
- Prepare a wrap-up presentation to showcase your accomplishments to key stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience
- Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution during the summer program
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the duration of the program
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior internship(s) in technology, financial services, or related fields
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Data Science
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and collaborate with others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
