What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service inbound corporate and government travel requests with enthusiasm
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of travel reservations, adhering to corporate policies
- Utilize GDS for low fare searches and secure the best available rates
- Maintain productivity and quality standards through monitoring and customer feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate travel selling experience
- At least 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
- Proficiency in international travel bookings and processes
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Mastery of Sabre GDS and strong travel industry knowledge
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with government travel
- Ability to handle multiple accounts effectively
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong understanding of change management principles
- Proactive customer service approach and teamwork abilities
