What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide quality customer service and accurate travel reservations for corporate customers
- Maintain knowledge of reservation processes, online booking tools, and Sabre
- Assist with VIP agent support and value-added projects
- Monitor and support corporate email boxes and provide help desk support for technical issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Sabre and Concur Travel
- Experience with MS Office: Word, Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to work well in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with multiple GDS systems
- Previous experience in the travel industry
