      Job Description

      Our Creative Media team seeks a senior-level, professional photographer to support our Digital, Tradeshow & Marketing, Visual Art & Design team and Executive Communications efforts.

      The ideal candidate will deliver a photographic storytelling narrative by collaboratively working with these internal teams under the direction and guidance of our Creative Media management team. They will be asked to capture and maintain high-impact imagery to elevate our brand. The imagery captured will be featured in a variety of mediums such as: company data sheets and brochures, tradeshow graphics, online and social media channels, as well as large-impact displays.

      The successful candidate will work in both a studio-based configuration and on-location to support V.I.P. and executive events, company-wide live events related to internal and external initiatives, as well as professional product shots & studio portraiture.

      Additional responsibilities include: digital photography log upkeep and Digital Media Library maintenance through proper tagging and input of captured media; production collaboration with our creative video team members and producers while on-location and at studio-based video shoots; maintenance, acquisition and upkeep of commercial photo equipment.

      While our studio and offices are located in New Hampshire, the successful candidate should be prepared for occasional travel to New York/New Jersey-based locations and others within the U.S. This position will require you to be onsite at least 1x a week in New Hampshire.

      Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

      Required Skills and Education

      • The successful candidate will have 10+ years of commercial photography expertise in product marketing campaigns, high-tech manufacturing environments and live event capture.
      • This individual must possess a team-based approach and collaborative spirit who can tailor their work and seamlessly integrate it into different mediums and channels to meet the compositional demands of: Producers, Videographers, Animators, Graphic Designers and the Creative Management team.
      • The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to work on video sets and support lighting, set design and cinematography while in collaboration with our DP.
      • The successful candidate will require minimal direction while in studio or on location, and act as a subject matter expert to help advise, educate and guide our customers on what’s best for success to promote an engaging sense of visual storytelling.
      • The qualified candidate will easily be able to navigate and work within mainstream photo applications including, but not limited to: Lightroom, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.

      Preferred Skills and Education

      Four year degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college or university in Photography with a speciality in the commercial field.

      An extended degree, MS/MA, in digital art and photo design would be highly encouraged.

      M365 Office related applications are a must with an emphasis and clear ability to leverage MS Teams as their daily backbone of collaborative project management.

      Additional consideration will be given to the candidate who possesses the ability to work within a digital video editing platform (Premier or Resolve) to create organic, quick-turn photo-based videos.
