      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage credit risk decision strategies using data-driven insights across the customer lifecycle
      - Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on credit risk trends and collaborate with various teams to implement solutions
      - Monitor credit and collections performance, conducting analyses to identify areas of opportunity and implement credit controls
      - Strengthen both systematic and manual credit processes to enhance efficiency
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new data sources and ensure compliance with industry regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data and Analytics, with at least 3 years in Credit or Fraud risk analytics
      - Proficiency in analytics/statistics to solve complex business problems, including experience with Big Data, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
      - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to develop creative and practical solutions
      - Excellent communication skills to convey complex data issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
