      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate and analyze credit data for various business lines including asset-based lending and real estate
      - Prepare credit submissions with recommendations for loan approvals, assessing credit risks and history
      - Conduct ongoing verification and tracking of customers' credit quality and collateral values
      - Partner with processors to ensure loan documentation meets required standards and guidelines
      - Maintain organized credit files and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 3-6 years of experience in credit approval/underwriting, real estate/construction lending, or related finance/accounting roles
      - Proven ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, and understand business entity structures
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage competing priorities
      - Knowledge of C&I lending and familiarity with financial institution policies and procedures
      - Proficiency in financial software including Word, Excel, and other relevant tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
      - Experience with complex loan structures and digital banking concepts
      - Understanding of Capital Call Lending processes and communication with venture capitalists
