      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and print accounts that are in a credit balance for multiple practices
      - Export refund check registers and submit them to accounting
      - Research and resolve accounts that are in a credit balance and all refund requests
      - Scan refund checks into a document system and handle incoming returned checks
      - Issue refund request denial letters based on contract and timely guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED highly preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
      - In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement policies and procedures
      - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work in a collaborative, detail-oriented, and fast-paced environment

      - Previous experience in a healthcare revenue cycle environment
      - Strong organizational skills with a solution-oriented approach
      - Ability to think critically and identify the global impact across the revenue cycle
