What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify gaps in current systems, policies, and strategies, recommending enhancements and process improvements
- Scope, prioritize, coordinate, and launch critical initiatives to minimize credit losses while ensuring a positive user experience
- Create and manage project plans, setting milestones and ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Design and implement scalable risk management processes within the organization
- Facilitate decision-making by balancing risk and reward trade-offs across projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in program management, strategy & operations, or similar functions
- 3+ years of experience in foundational risk management, treasury finance, or finance & strategy roles
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with both technical and non-technical partners
- Strong analytical skills with a rigorous, data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and work independently on complex projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP) or knowledge of frameworks such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Experience in strategy consulting or financial services
- Background in a high-growth technology company
