What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Solve customer inquiries via email using a CRM tool
- Triage seller needs based on their loan cycle to mitigate risk
- Answer questions regarding business documents or current loan information
- Maintain service level agreements for timely resolution of transactions
- Identify and document product bugs and follow up with cross-functional teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of professional experience with a financial institution or payment provider
- Experience in direct customer-facing roles
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time-management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Docs, and overall PC skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SQL experience and familiarity with MacBook
- Interest in implementing feedback and improving skills
- Enjoyment of working in a rapidly changing start-up environment
- Flexibility to manage multiple assignments independently
