What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer support through email and live messaging across various product areas
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and tickets efficiently
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and operational teams to enhance user experience
- Maintain productivity standards while ensuring high attention to detail
- Advocate for customer needs and enhance the customer journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer advocacy
- Solid experience in Customer Support or Customer Enablement within a tech environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools for managing customer interactions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working remotely or in a fast-growing organization
- Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, and/or Pension systems
