      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Troubleshoot and assist customers in maintaining and expanding their environment
      - Address and resolve customer issues throughout the support lifecycle
      - Regularly communicate with customers through written updates and live screen share sessions
      - Provide expert guidance on DevOps concepts and infrastructure architecture
      - Support a local team of Customer Support Engineers as the company scales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with databases, Linux, networking, Docker, and Kubernetes
      - Experience or familiarity with Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud providers
      - 1+ year experience with Security or Infrastructure tooling and processes
      - Ideally experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Python
      - Prior experience working remotely with a US-based or distributed team
      - Strong written and verbal English language skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional experience with security or infrastructure tooling and processes
      - Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and Python
      - Experience in technical writing
      - Experience interacting with clients and customers
      - Strong problem-solving skills
