      We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our exciting Customer Experience Consultant team based out of our Penrose office in Auckland. You will be a key member of our team involved in building lasting relationships with the company’s clients and service provider network.

      To be successful in the role, you will need:

      • Be someone who loves to communicate and has a passion about customer service

      • Confident in communicating over the phone with excellent telephone manner

      • Confident computer skills with the ability to multitask through systems

      • Pride yourself on your high level of accuracy and attention to detail

      • Display positive attitude with integrity and honesty

      • Self-discipline and well-developed organisation skills

      • Ability to deal with customers in a high-volume contact environment

      • Be a team player

      • Experience in a Call Centre is an added advantage

      Responsibilities

      • Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming phone calls and emails

      • Log client requests into our ERP system, accurately and timely

      • Managing and resolving queries within a timely manner

      • Achieve client KPI’s and team targets

      • Achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction

      • To work within and adhere to, processes and procedures and assist in their development

      Full training will be provided with great opportunities for growth

      This is a permanent position and hours for this role are 8 hour shifts within our standard hours of operation - Monday to Sunday, 7am to 9pm, based off a roster. You will be needed for 40 hours within this time.
