What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to service inquiries via inbound telephone and mail communications
- Evaluate client financial needs to identify and offer new products and solutions
- Provide customer service and support during customer interactions
- Align client needs with product service solutions in a sales-based environment
- Achieve established individual and team sales goals while ensuring compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales and customer service
- Experience in financial services, call center, or retail preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High School diploma or equivalent education

- Experience in a sales-based role within customer service
