      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to and process various types of correspondence according to Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements
      - Research and process returned warrants and document new court orders and forms
      - Create and maintain child support cases and process applications for Direct Deposit and the Texas Payment Card program
      - Assist custodial and non-custodial parents, employers, counties, and attorneys in obtaining necessary information
      - Conduct outreach to employers and other states to promote electronic payment methods

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - At least two years of prior experience in service delivery, customer service, or a related field
      - Proficiency in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
      - Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in call center technology or similar environments
      - Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet stringent deadlines
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
      - Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
