      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer service for routine inquiries via phone, email, and chat
      - Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting inquiries
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CDC public response procedures and policies
      - Document all inquiries and appointments using CRM systems
      - Suggest process improvements to enhance service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of six (6) months of customer service, administrative, or call center experience
      - Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
      - Strong problem-solving and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with phone systems and headsets
      - Additional training or education in a related field
      - Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills
