      A Day in the Life

      Responsabilidades:

      • Recepción y gestión de documentación sensible de pacientes a través del canal de correo electrónico, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas de confidencialidad y protección de datos.
      • Análisis de la información clínica y administrativa para identificar el tipo de dispositivo médico que debe implantarse al paciente.
      • Elaboración y envío de cotizaciones a las aseguradoras correspondientes, de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos.
      • Gestión y manejo de diferentes portales de aseguradoras para la validación, carga y administración de la información requerida.
      • Seguimiento continuo a las determinaciones, autorizaciones y respuestas emitidas por las aseguradoras.
      • Notificación oportuna de beneficios, coberturas y copagos al equipo comercial para apoyar la comunicación con el paciente.

      Experiencia:

      • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia relevante en funciones relacionadas con servicio al cliente interno y externo
      • Título universitario de licenciatura o equivalente
      • Habilidades de comunicación asertiva
      • Capacidad para gestionar altos volúmenes de trabajo de manera organizada y eficiente
      • Capacidad avanzada para la resolución de problemas
      • Experiencia en colaboración multifuncional
      • Habilidad para identificar y anticipar riesgos dentro del proceso.
      • Nivel de inglés intermedio (lectura, escritura y comunicación básica)
      • Conocimientos y experiencia en el uso de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel y PowerPoint)
      • Comunicación y análisis
      • Sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, así como capacidad para analizar información de manera efectiva

      Requisitos Deseables:

      • Conocimiento o experiencia en Salesforce
      • Experiencia previa en el sector salud
