      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls to address member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues
      - Assist patients with updating billing information, establishing payment plans, and resolving payment inquiries
      - Manage patient scheduling and ensure timely resolution of inquiries
      - Conduct research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients
      - Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of two years of customer service experience
      - Previous data entry experience
      - Prior scheduling experience
      - Experience in a high-volume call center preferred

      - Familiarity with healthcare-related customer service environments
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
