      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate via phone and written correspondence with policyholders, providers, and plan participants to address inquiries and resolve issues
      - Document customer inquiries and maintain related customer data electronically
      - Provide back office support to service teams as needed
      - Ensure compliance with privacy policies by protecting the confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders
      - Support department goals by meeting established service standards and metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 0-2 years of related experience, preferably in a contact center, customer service, dental office, or insurance setting
      - Ability to work overtime as required to meet business needs
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
      - Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a contact center or customer service role related to dental or insurance services
      - Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
      - Bilingual communication skills
