      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide superior customer service for inquiries related to Plan benefits, eligibility, claim payments, and scheduling
      - Assist Supervisors and Performance Measurement Analysts in resolving service issues
      - Utilize technical and functional skills to meet departmental and organizational objectives
      - Identify system and process issues and suggest improvements
      - Assist with special projects and assignments as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
      - At least 1 year of data entry experience
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Proficiency in software applications such as Word, Excel, and Access
      - Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
      - Familiarity with claims processing and patient scheduling systems
      - Additional certifications related to customer service or healthcare
