What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels including phone, live chat, and email
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product orders, payments, returns, and warranties
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships through effective communication and active listening
- Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Perform additional related duties as assigned to support overall team goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the general public in a customer service environment
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to empathize with customers
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) and order management systems
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Golf equipment sales or experience is preferred
- General knowledge of major golf product brands
- Conceptual understanding of online marketplaces like Amazon and eBay
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Capability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
