What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to neighbor requests or inquiries concerning store services, products, and loyalty programs via phone and email
- Collaborate with stores and field management to resolve neighbor complaints efficiently and professionally
- Maintain records of incoming neighbor contacts and the nature of each inquiry
- Provide reporting on inquiries and time to resolution
- Improve neighbor retention through effective service and communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma; degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience in customer service
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in data entry and solid MS Office skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a retail or service-oriented environment
- Familiarity with pet products and services
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise good judgment
