What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel insurance needs
- Educate customers about insurance products, including coverage options, benefits, and pricing
- Assist customers in comparing different insurance plans to help them make informed decisions
- Address customer concerns, questions, and objections in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer service and computer skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Attention to detail is imperative
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the insurance or travel industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Remote/work-from-home experience preferred
- Willingness to undergo training and continuous learning to stay updated on product knowledge and industry changes
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or insurance is advantageous
